You can expect a courtesy call from your carpet cleaning technician the day of your scheduled appointment. Typically you will receive a call 1-2 hours before your appointment window to let you know a more precise time of arrival at your home or business. We know many of our clients are on a tight schedule and don’t want to be waiting around all day long for your service. We value each and every one of our clients and we work hard to make sure every carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, carpet repair, pet odor or urine treatment or water extraction is done just like we would expect it to be done at our own homes. If you have some light furniture or tables, we are happy to move them for you to complete your carpet cleaning service. We do ask that you vacuum your carpets prior to our arrival and pick up any loose objects that might get in the way of our hot water extraction machines. Do I Tip My Carpet Cleaner?
